10” Automation Series (PCAP)

The A10 is an adaptable, powerful and dependable mobile industrial computer designed for in-vehicle operations, industrial HMI applications and outdoor kiosks. Integration is easy with flexible I/O for mobile and HMI installations. COM, USB, and PCI Express interfaces come standard with additional expansion capabilities. The A10 features a front USB for easy connectivity on forklifts and industrial vehicles. Internal or external WiFi antennas, LTE Network, Bluetooth and GPS provide convenient connectivity even in the most remote locations.

The A10 is German engineered from the ground up, using only the highest quality industrial components. The resistive touchscreen is extremely durable and has a protective film to prevent broken glass exposure. All suppliers are held to high standards and every industrial computer goes through a series of burn-in tests to guarantee 100% reliability and longevity. In addition to running in-house stress tests, all rugged panel PCs are 3rd party tested for temperature range, screen resistance and ran at full capacity for 48 hours before being shipped to the customer.

Despite its small size, the A10 industrial computer was engineered from the ground up to withstand the most extreme computing environments. Our IP65 touchscreen computers are able to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations, meaning the device can be used in a cold storage environment and moved to a hot factory floor without failure or adjustment time. The sunlight readable display has a 3mm chemically hardened glass with a protective film for the touchscreen.

It is IP65 rated, protected against liquid, debris and dust ingress and with the optional shock & vibration mount an additional layer of protection can be added for extremely demanding applications. Not only does this ruggedized PC guarantee a long and reliable service life, it improves efficiency, inventory management, and provides enhanced security and fail-safe work processes.
